Decent stay, food was hit and miss, however for offering some of the lowest prices in South Tenerife, you get what you p

Most of the staff were lovely, except a few sour faces however it didnt lower the customer service provided to us in the end. Location was great, with free Siam Park, Siam Mall and Karting experience busses stopping just outside the hotel.

The rooms are not the most comfortable, quite outdated in fact, the beds need to be upgraded ASAP. Wish there was a noisiness limit for the rooms as some family rooms bellow and regular rooms above us kept blasting music until late hours with no interruptions.

Breakfast was good. Could have more fruit variety and it would be easier if cereals were close to yogurt. The disposition could be improved. Cleaning lady very nice.

Good for short accomodation.

We stayed just overnight on the road from La Palma, and therefore it served well. Tthe hotel looked more like big resort. Not for everyone... but all services were as expected.

Too crowdy, too big, built somewhere in the eighties and repainted until today...

Sol Arona, great place to stay will go back

Lovely bright room, staff responded well to a couple of small issues we had. Food was plentiful and varied. Outdoor entertainment in the evenings was very good, pool bar well stocked.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

As late morning risers we did not breakfast at the hotel..The location was fine.

All in all O.K, restaurant not as good as previous stay, lukewarm food at breakfast.

Location, cleanliness, reception very efficient. Animation team very good, but limited choice of adult daytime programmes.

Pool bar, Evening entertainment mediocre, needed to find better class of entertainment like Arona Gran, Charleys etc.

Good location for tours and activities.

The breakfast that was included in the price was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The location was great with a bus stop at the corner of the property. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The entertainment was loud and lasted until 11 pm. If you are on the pool side of the hotel, closing the balcony door and the bedroom window will not keep the sound out. The other side may be better if you don’t want to be up late.

This 3 star hotel was very pleasant, comfortable and only 7 minutes to the beach front promenade. Be prepared to pay for

Reception area was very pleasant and staff very efficient and friendly. Outdoor pool area was very spacious and inviting. Pool bar and snack area very comfortable. Buffet hall was very clean, well staffed and well stocked with an excellent selection of hot and cold food. Lifts very efficient and no waiting time even though I was going all the way to the 15th floor! Bed room was good size with a separate large bathroom and balcony with side sea view. Bed was very comfortable. Room cleaned daily with change of towels etc.

Had to pay a deposit for a pool towel and a daily charge for a fresh towel. Balcony door lock was damaged and not usable. A separate door chain installed was too long and not safe or secure too use. I had no choice but to pay an extra daily charge for the room safety box.

Ok but Expensive for the quality offered.

From reception to cleaning to clean staff was great thank you! Locations is also great Our room was above reception but good side was there was a terace we can use Included Breakfast was good, much better than paid breakfast at los cristianos beach has nearby. Parking spot for our rented car was great.

Bed was too small for two people and it was hard for my taste, you could feel bed springs on your body in the morning. No electric sockets in the room that was very weird, Only single one that tv was using. had to deposit money at reception to get an extension cable, never seen this ever they need to fix this. There is safe in the room but its not usable until you pay extra 20 euro, that also seemed bit weird should be included in price for sure. No fridge in the room so thats a big negative considering this place is always warm throughout the year so yeah you can forget about cold water/beverage in the room. Considering these negative parts i believe the room was worth 60% the price we paid.

Enjoyable stay, good location

Good location and excellent breakfast. We were on B&B but arrived at 8.30pm, but were able to get dinner which was great after a long journey. The hotel has spacious areas where you can sit and relax & outdoor area was good.
